What you get, what you pay, and how either of us can stop.
Last updated 7 October 2026Rhynoflow sets up an assistant inside your own Google Workspace account. It drafts your admin replies, checks them against your prices and rules, chases money owed, and sends nothing until a person on your side says yes. Then we train two of your people to run it. This is project work with a fixed scope and a fixed price, and nothing runs on our servers.
The scope is set in writing at the Admin Check: which workflow we build, what it does, who your two people are, and the price. If either of us wants to change the scope later, we agree the change and any price difference in writing before the work is done.
An install runs over three weeks. Week 1 we map the admin and write the facts file and the rules. Week 2 the drafter writes into your drafts folder and holds back any draft that contradicts your facts. Week 3 your two people learn to run it. We check in at day 30.
The Admin Check costs 2.500 kr and is credited in full against an install you start within 30 days. An install is paid half up front and half at day 30, once your two people run it without us. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer or MobilePay. No automatic charges.
Prices are ex moms. Danish businesses pay 25% moms on top. EU businesses outside Denmark are invoiced under the reverse charge rules. Businesses outside the EU pay no Danish VAT.
The optional office hour (businesses only, after day 30) is invoiced monthly and stops when either side says so in writing.

Everything we build sits in your own Google account: the facts file, the rules, the drafter and its settings. You own it from the day it is built. If we stop working together, it stays where it is and keeps working. We do not remove or switch off anything.
Two people who will run it after the install, and about two hours with the person who does your admin. Access to your Google account for the agreed work. You grant that access yourself and can take it back at any time. You remain the owner and controller of your data.
Before the install starts we both sign a data processing agreement (databehandleraftale).
Either side can stop the work with written notice by email. You pay for the work done up to that point. What we have built stays in your account.
Every email waits for a person on your side to say yes before it sends. Our total liability is capped at the fee you paid for that work. We are not liable for changes Google makes to its own products.
Your data stays in your Google account. We use access only for the agreed work and do not keep copies of your emails, documents or files. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
These terms follow Danish law.
The terms in place when you sign your scope apply to that work. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
