Privacy Policy

We don't store your business data. It stays in your Google account.

1. Who we are

Rhynoflow is a sole proprietorship run by Deng Awak, Hans Knudsens Plads 1A, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. CVR 43367994.

Rhynoflow is the data controller for any personal information you share with us directly through this website or by email. For questions about this policy or how your data is handled, reach us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We only collect the personal data you give us directly:

  • Your name and email address, when you write to us or book an Admin Check
  • Any details you include in your message about your business or what you need
  • Your email address, when you join the Rhynoflow list on rhynoflow.com, with the consent text you ticked and the time you ticked it

We do not use tracking pixels. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not deploy analytics tools that fingerprint or profile visitors.

Your emails, calendar events, documents and files stay in your own Google account. During an install we work inside that account with access you grant, only for the agreed work, and we do not copy that data to our own systems. Before the install starts we both sign a data processing agreement (databehandleraftale).

3. How we use your data

Your contact details are used for these things only:

  • To respond to your inquiry
  • To deliver the service you have hired us for
  • To give you the starter kit when you join, and to send you what you ticked: the Sunday build log and news on Rhynoflow installs, courses, live sessions and community. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Leave any time by replying to any list email or writing to [email protected], and keep the kit.

We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Where your data lives

Rhynoflow sets up its assistant inside your own Google Workspace account. Your emails, calendar events, documents and business data stay in your Google account. We do not store any of it on our servers.

Contact information you send us by email or through the booking page (name, email, your message) is stored in Google Workspace tools we use to manage client communication. This stays within Google's infrastructure and is covered by Google's data processing terms.

We keep your contact information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The email list is stored in a database at Cloudflare, our web host, in the EU. It holds your address, the consent you gave and when, and whether you pressed Download on the kit, which decides if the welcome email follows. When you leave the list, mail stops at once. If we never emailed you, we delete your address when you ask. If we did, we keep your address and your consent as proof for 2 years after the last email, then delete them.

When you ask for a seat in a group, the form sends your name, your email and, if you add it, your club or business. It sits in the same Cloudflare database in the EU, apart from the email list, and does not add you to it. We use it to answer you with how to pay and to run the group you joined (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). We delete it a year after the group ends, or sooner if you ask.

5. Third parties

We use a small number of tools to run this service:

No advertising networks, no analytics platforms, no data brokers.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: ask us what data we hold about you
  • Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Portability: request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Objection: object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to make it work. No advertising or tracking cookies.

When you book through Cal.com, Cal.com may set its own cookies on its own site. Those are governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. It will not affect your ability to use this site.
