I run a basketball club in Copenhagen with about a hundred players, a volunteer board and paid coaches. The admin was eating the coaching. So I built the system that runs it: a file with every price and date the club has ever quoted, a file with who owns what, and one drafter that writes the replies. Every email the club sends is checked against those files before it goes. That system runs today. Rhynoflow installs the same thing in your organisation and teaches your people to run it.

The origin

A basketball coach needed software his club could actually use.

Deng has been coaching youth basketball in Copenhagen for years. As the club grew, so did the admin. Payment tracking, parent emails, game reminders, scheduling, funding deadlines. All of it landing on one person.

He tried everything. Google Forms. Notion. Spreadsheets. None of it talked to each other. None of it ran itself.

So he built his own system. Every price, date and rule the club quotes in one file, and the AI drafting from that. Drafts waiting in Gmail every morning, a person pressing send. It worked so well that other clubs started asking about it.

That's where Rhynoflow came from. Someone who understood the problem because he was living it.
